Life Transition Support Circle

My Life Transition Support Circle is for those tender in-between times when the old way of living no longer fits, and the new one has not yet taken shape. Whether you are moving through a relationship change, grief, a career shift, an empty nest, or a health diagnosis, this small group offers a steady place to land.

In each gathering, I invite you to pause and notice your inner season: Are you in a personal autumn of releasing, a winter of not-knowing, a spring of tentative beginnings, or a summer of unexpected expansion? Through gentle check-ins, guided reflection, and simple Qigong or grounding practices, you learn to read your own signals instead of pushing through on autopilot.

You are welcome to share your story, speak your fears, or simply listen. Hearing others name what you might not yet have words for can be profoundly regulating for the nervous system. I hold the circle with clear boundaries and a calm pace so you never feel rushed, fixed, or analyzed.

Rather than offering quick fixes, this circle helps you cultivate rituals and daily practices that make uncertainty more bearable: small breathing sequences, nature-based prompts, or Five Element-inspired perspectives on what is unfolding. Over time, many participants notice more clarity about their needs, less isolation, and a deeper trust that transitions have their own timing.

Sessions are held online by appointment, with occasional local gatherings as they become available. If you sense you are standing on a threshold and would like company that honors both your grief and your possibilities, this circle offers companionship through the liminal space.
