Seasonal Women's Circle

My Seasonal Women's Circle is a gentle gathering for those who feel the pull to live more in rhythm with the turning year and with their own inner cycles. Each circle is anchored in the current season-spring's emergence, summer's fullness, autumn's letting go, or winter's rest-and we explore how that energy is moving through our bodies and lives.

We begin by arriving together with breath and simple grounding, then move into a blend of sharing, guided reflection, and light Qigong or somatic practice appropriate for all bodies. I might offer journal prompts, visualization, or small rituals that help you notice: What is growing? What is ready to be released? What needs more warmth or nourishment right now?

Women often come to this circle feeling over-scheduled, under-resourced, or quietly lonely in their experiences of menstruation, menopause, or other transitions. Here, you are invited to speak honestly-if you wish-or simply listen and be held by the group. Confidentiality and emotional safety are central; you never have to share more than feels right.

Between gatherings, you are encouraged to experiment with simple cyclical living practices we touch on together: changing your self-care as the light shifts, honoring your inner winter, or celebrating moments of bloom. Over time, many participants find that the wheel of the year becomes a supportive structure, not just a backdrop.

Circles run online, with occasional in-person pop-ups in Fairfield County, and spaces are intentionally limited so the group stays intimate. If you are longing for community, ritual, and a slower, nature-led pace, this seasonal circle offers a remembering of something your body already knows.
